You canned responses are about to be even more powerful with our latest addition! We are rolling out a nice update for all our apps, introducing the "clipboard" variable for your canned responses.
How it works
Say you want to embed the reference number of an order. Each customer has a different order number, making it impossible to use a variable. The clipboard variable allows you to use the contents of your current clipboard in your canned responses.
Now, you can simply copy the order number to the clipboard, and use {{clipboard}} variable in your templates to dynamically replace it with the order number.
Update today
We have released the update today, along with other minor improvements, so you should be able to use this new feature within the next few days. If you want to force the update, you can always download the latest version of your favorite app on our download page.
