Can I translate my canned responses?
Translating your canned responses is super easy with typedesk.
Create a new canned response, and edit the variant name to any language. Then, add a new variant with your translation, like in the screenshot below.
Then, once you select this canned response, you'll be asked to choose between the translations you have created. Easy!
